Thanks to all of our friends for coming to the Tasting

We had a great time Friday night, welcoming our friends to the Brewhouse and sharing our brews with everyone. Thanks for all the great feedback, people. It seems that Emerald Valley Mint Blond Ale is a finished product, and will be our Summer Seasonal in it's current form. Fair Maiden Red Ale is also a finished product and is actually a Summer ale also.

One very interesting suggestion came out of the Tasting. Someone, I can't remember who it was, suggested we the chocolate stout part of Orange Chocolate Stout, and the mint part of Mint Blond, and make a mint chocolate stout. Daniel and I agreed, that sounds like a great idea! So we're going to try it. It may be the next batch or the one after that.

If you wanted to come to the Tasting, but were not able to, or if you are just hearing about our tasting parties and would like to join us, the next tasting will be sometime in April. Watch this space for the date. Cheers.

Turn left onto Crocker Ln. The Brewhouse is the 5th house on the left.

Tasting 1 week and 1 day from today (Friday, Feb. 24)

Daniel and I want to welcome or friends and fellow beer lovers to the brewhouse next Friday, Feb. 24. The beers are progressing nicely. Fair Maiden Red Ale is in bottles, waiting to be tasted. Orange Chocolate Stout is in the keg and we'll be bottling several bottles for next Friday. And Emerald Valley Mint Blond Ale is fermenting. We can't wait to share them with you.
